820 S Washington St #A is appears to be a smart purchase for many reasons. But Nesbitt Realty is not recommending you buy this property, or any particular unit in 22314. At least, not until I know your goals. It’s more important to me that we find the right property for you.

I’d like to take a moment to benefit you to decide exactly what your choices are on your next residence in Northern Virginia. Of the top of your head, what’s most important to you?

I’d love to talk through your options. A few of the issues to sort through:

  1. Is the transportation network important to you? We’d be happy to tell you more about the Metro and transportation options near Bearings South.
  2. Is the cooling system important to you? Did you know that this enclave’s most common cool systems are central a/c?
  3. Do you prefer hardwood floors? Do you prefer carpet or ceramic? Maybe floors aren’t a big concern for you.
  4. Maybe you should rent? Do you like to live in a place with a lot rentals? Do you prefer to live in a neighborhood with few rentals? Currently for rent at Bearings South

What About The Neighbors?

One of the major disadvantages to buying or renting a condo is the potential for conflict with the neighbors. While some residents may foster incredible relationships with all of their neighbors and never once have a disagreement with a neighbor this doesn’t always happen. Most condo residents experience at least one instance of dissatisfaction with a neighbor. If this happens to you, you might not want to confront the neighbor about the issue. But whether you confront the neighbor or not, it is likely to cause at least some tension in the living situation. In some cases avoiding the issue can cause the problem to worsen. In other situations, discussing the issue can make the situation worse.
